Earlier in the week, Jamerson & Bauwens’ Gary Shamasko joined a panel discussion during the 24th Annual Real Estate (RE) Journal Chicago Forecast. Addressing a group of regional property managers, real estate, facilities, and construction professionals, his insights bridged Asset Control, Equipment Lifecycle Extension and Compliance.

Focused on challenges under all three headings, Gary related several actionable approaches under each.
