Jamerson & Bauwens has provided continuous electrical and technical maintenance support for the entire plant and offices for over 16 years. Most recently our work has included the installation of new batching, blending, filling, and packaging equipment.

Project Scope

  • Power and controls for bottling Lines 3 – 6
  • Disconnect existing machines, conveyor power/control wiring, and document machine wiring
  • 800A/480V power distribution panel and feeders to filler, seamer/capper, warmer, packers and line conveyor control panels
  • Custom multi-cell wiring trough system above the new packaging lines for the distribution of power and control wiring to conveyor motors, sensor devices, and operator control stations
  • Wire conveyor motors, photo-eyes, proximity switches, operator control stations, and panel-views
  • Motor checks for rotation
  • Verify all I/O for correct operation
  • Interlock wiring between machines and conveyor control panels
  • Network wiring for data gathering/information system connecting line machines and conveyor control panel to plant wide information system
  • Wire ancillary line equipment, including coders, skid lifts, blow-off fans, and glue machines
