Historic restoration and conversion of a private residence built in 1883 to an operational 24,000-square-foot museum. The historically significant property required the repurposing and upgrading of power supplies and distribution networks. The work was delicate, painstaking and utterly rewarding.

Imported marble and one-of-a-kind tile surfaces, while gorgeous, presented a unique challenge. These were the surfaces we accessed to perform our work. Delivering power to the designer’s vision, we protected the literally priceless interior.
