The renovation of approximately 75,239 square feet, and addition of approximately 41,452 square feet of new construction, increased dining capacity in 11 food venues, improved building efficiency and sustainability, and showcases a vibrant residential experience to students, parents, and guests.

  • Programmable lighting control system that incorporates daylight saving functions

  • Brought power to three walk-in coolers and various smaller coolers and equipment
