The 101,000-square-foot science and community building consists of 10 smart classrooms, 30 smart laboratories, a café, and open community space. Designed to achieve LEED Gold Status, the project was constructed under a multi-party Integrated Project Delivery contract between the Owner, Architect, Construction Manager, Electrical Contractor and Mechanical Contractor.

  • 2500 Amp, 480/277 Volt, 3 phase service
  • 15KVA natural gas generator
  • 150 Amp 480 Volt fire pump service
  • Hardwired and wireless lighting controls
  • 100 wireless access points
  • State-of-the-art lecture capture and audio/visual system installed in the majority of the labs and classrooms
  • Salto security door locking system connected to the campus-wide system
