Mo and Neil were recipients of what are likely firsts of many milestones. Shown with Gary Shamasko, the duo took stage having graduated the Cohort 9, NECA/ELECTRI Project Management Apprenticeship Program, a 52-week, U.S. Department of Labor-registered program.

Held earlier this month in Las Vegas, NECA’s 2026 Convention and Trade Show, served as fitting showcase to the single ingredient that makes this industry exceptionally phenomenal.
