Project Manager

This position primarily entails:

  • working with the estimating department during project bidding,
  • working with our labor superintendent during construction,
  • dealing directly with the customer, owner’s rep, and/or general contractor, • preparing and submitting change order requests,
  • preparing and handling requests for information,
  • coordinating progress billings and time & material billings with the billing department,
  • contacting customers regarding any overdue invoices,
  • coordinating project closeouts, and
  • estimating of projects from time to time.

Other responsibilities not specifically mentioned here may be required.

Project Engineer

This position entails working with multiple project managers on all the duties listed above, and working with upper management to streamline current processes. Other responsibilities not specifically mentioned here may be required.

Estimator

This position entails:

  • preparing complete, accurate, and detailed estimates and proposals using Accubid software,
  • maintaining our estimating system’s database, and
  • assisting other estimators and project managers.
